The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - FP Tax Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Within our Tax practice, you will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide comprehensive guidance to enhance their financial strategies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and offering recommendations that align with their objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths, manage performance, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
