We are looking for a high-impact Finance Manager FP&A to act as a
true business partner to our Product Line leadership team.
This role sits at the heart of the business, providing
forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across the business. You will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling sustainable growth.
This is not a reporting role - it is a
decision-enabling role, with full visibility across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.
Key Responsibilities:Business Partnering & Performance Steering - Act as the finance lead for the Product Line, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team
- Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
- Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets
- Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders 12 Revenue 12 EBITDA 12 Cash)
Financial Planning & Analysis - Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the Product Line
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful analysis versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year
- Perform detailed Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis with clear business storytelling
- Develop robust financial models and 22what-if22 scenarios to support decision-making
Performance Insights & Decision Support - Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers
- Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions
- Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs
Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement - Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
- Leverage BI tools and automation to streamline reporting and enhance insights
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and reporting
Leadership & Capability Building - Build financial awareness across the business by coaching non-finance stakeholders
- Act as a change agent, continuously challenging the status quo and driving improvements
- Take full ownership of your scope and operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Skills & Experience - Bachelor7s or Master7s degree in Finance, Business or related field
- Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred
- 5-8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel as required
