Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works division. We are seeking a Senior Staff Finance Analyst - Cost Integration Lead to head a dedicated team of Cost Integrators within the Program Finance organization. This critical position serves as the manager's right-hand for ensuring that all cost-integration activities are executed accurately, on-time, and in full alignment with program objectives. The selected candidate will combine deep expertise in Earned Value Management, Deltek Cobra, and program-wide financial tooling with proven leadership and mentorship skills. As the Cost Integration Lead, you will drive the end-to-end cost data flow-from baseline development, analyzing monthly EV performance, EAC and baseline change management-while providing hands-on technical support to the classified user community and partnering with IT and CORE Finance to evolve our toolsets. Your leadership will enable the Finance team to deliver trustworthy cost information that underpins critical decisions across the program. Core Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development • Direct, train, and mentor a team of Cost Integrators, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement. • Own the Monthly Business Rhythm for cost integration, ensuring all deliverables (EAC and baseline changes, variance analyses, etc.) are completed on schedule. Contract & Baseline Management • Oversee the timely setup of newly awarded contracts in Deltek Cobra and the creation of initial cost baselines. • Lead re-baseline activities as program scope evolves, guaranteeing baseline integrity and traceability. Earned Value & Performance Reporting • Guide the validation of Earned Value Management metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC) and ensure compliance with corporate policy • Aid the Cost Integrators in driving variance analyses, root-cause identification, and corrective-action recommendations Technical Tool Stewardship • Serve as the primary technical support lead for Deltek Cobra and other Program Finance tools, troubleshooting issues for the classified user community. • Partner with IT and CORE Finance to stand up new tool configurations, implement enhancements, and act as the program's administrative authority for finance applications. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Liaise between engineering, manufacturing, program office, and senior leadership to provide a unified, data-driven view of cost and schedule performance. • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to embed best practices and improve cost-integration processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the financial health of a high-visibility Skunk Works program while leading a talented team of Cost Integrators in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The position is open for placement at either Palmdale, CA or Fort Worth, TX. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related field. • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in Program Finance within Defense, Aerospace, or similar environment • Proven experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost-integration activities (e.g., baseline development, re-baselining, variance analysis, CPI/SPI/EAC). • Subject matter expertise in Deltek Cobra • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and adhere to classified information handling procedures Desired Skills • Master's degree (MBA, M.S. in Finance/Accounting, or related) or additional professional certifications (e.g., DoD-EVM Certification). • Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of cost integrators in a matrixed organization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting cost data to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. • Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems in a defense/ aerospace setting. • Prior involvement in tool-set administration and technical support for finance applications (e.g., configuring user profiles, troubleshooting, coordinating upgrades). • Familiarity with CORE Finance processes and the ability to influence tool enhancements. • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) that increased cost-integration efficiency or data quality. • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust across engineering, manufacturing, and senior leadership teams. • Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-visibility environment Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00 The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
