Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Management Sr for the Finance Capture and Proposal Team. Our team is responsible for delivering financial analysis and proposal support for the HIMARS Full Rate Production program.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for reviewing contract proposal authorizations, providing financial guidance, and supporting the full proposal lifecycle for the HIMARS FRP program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review contract proposal authorizations and offer financial guidance for estimating and pricing.
- Assist in completing Executive Planning Panel (EPP) charts with accurate data and analysis.
- Conduct proposal analyses to assess pricing reasonableness and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for scope changes, evaluating financial impact and recommending adjustments.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to develop and implement pricing strategies for submittals.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Finance or a related discipline
• Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Desired Skills• Three (3) or more years of related experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
• Experience driving proposal artifacts (cost volumes, approval packages) and reviews (independent non-advocate reviews, EPPs)
• Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR)
• Working knowledge of Cobra and Oracle
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
