Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Management Sr for the Production Operations and Quality team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost & schedule management, and proposal pricing support for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons (ADSW) Line of Business.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Sr you will perform financial analysis for Production Operations and Quality, prepare performance reports, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs) and Hours per Unit (HPU) charts.
- Develop and maintain cost and schedule forecasts for ADSW programs.
- Support proposal pricing and cost-prevention activities.
- Identify and recommend cost-reduction initiatives through Kaizen and Lean events.
- Prepare manpower detail reports and provide insights to senior leadership.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree
Interest in production environments.
Excellent PC and communication skills.
Skilled in Tableau
Active Secret Security Clearance
Desired skillsKnowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems. Cost management and estimating experience in a production or financial environment. Knowledge of general production and quality processes. Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
