What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking costs and funding requirements, conducting cost analysis, maintaining earned-value systems, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure financial integrity.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, and track funding requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs for accurate, timely reporting.
- Interact with program and financial-management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.

Basic Qualifications-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
-Adapt to change and digital transformation
-Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree
-Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years
Desired skills-Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management
-Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process
-Experience developing CSRs with multiple contracts types and scope
-Extensive knowledge of Financial Tools
-Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm
-Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE and CSDRs
-Action oriented and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
-Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
-Exceptional organization skills
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
