Job Description:- Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s).
- Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
- Leads high performance teams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees.
- Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility.
- Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.
- Manage projects and events for GFS clients and their intermediary partners, as well as daily processing activity including mutual fund trading, transaction processing, call servicing and commissions.
- Ensure department and GFS service standards are achieved and maintained.
- Resolve financial intermediary questions/problems and escalate to management as appropriate.
- Responsible for employee development, mentoring and coaching.
- Support Transfer Agent's ISO 9001 culture through adherence of core values, process improvement suggestions, monitoring and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, and continuous and timely review of department documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- In addition, may be required to assist with presentations for current and prospective clients.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:- Strong working knowledge of NSCC services and processing
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
