We work closely with risk, compliance and business teams to manage operational enquiries, support customer due diligence activities and coordinate responses to regulatory and audit requirements. Our team is focused on maintaining consistent processes, strong controls and high quality outcomes. We also identify opportunities to improve the way we work and strengthen our governance framework.

In this role you will be responsible for the operational delivery and governance of our financial crime risk advisory function. You will coordinate operational enquiries and escalations, helping ensure matters are documented, tracked and resolved effectively. You will support customer due diligence reviews, payment related enquiries and other financial crime risk activities by working closely with stakeholders across the region. You will coordinate internal audits, regulatory reviews and action tracking activities, helping ensure deliverables are completed on time. You will contribute to governance forums, reporting and quality assurance activities, while maintaining procedures and operational documentation. You will also identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve processes, consistency and efficiency across the function. Your work will help ensure our team operates effectively, meets governance obligations and delivers a high standard of risk management support.

- 5+ years' of experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, financial crime risk or a related control function
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting financial crime, compliance, risk management or other control functions, including operational enquiries and escalations
- Experience preparing procedures, governance documentation, management reporting or other compliance related materials
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
- Experience producing reporting, metrics, dashboards and presentations for senior management and governance forums
