OBL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Financial Controller to oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. OBL Management supports a growing network of dental and healthcare practices, providing operational, financial, and strategic management to help practices succeed.
The Controller will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, improving financial systems, and supporting leadership with timely financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across multiple practices
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and performance analysis
- Support audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting
- Help improve financial systems and processes as the organization grows

Requirements
Qualifications- 5-10+ years of accounting or financial management experience
- Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience working with multi-location businesses, healthcare, or dental organizations preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- CPA preferred but not required
Salary Description
$125,000-$140,000 per year
