The Fortitude Team is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Consultant Trainees. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to learn the financial services industry, develop professional skills, and grow into a client-facing financial consultant role.

No previous financial services experience is required. Training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development are provided to help you learn financial concepts, understand available solutions, complete required licensing, and develop the skills needed to confidently work with clients.

As you progress through training and licensing, you will learn how to identify client needs, educate individuals and families on financial concepts, and help them explore strategies related to financial protection, retirement preparation, wealth building, and long-term financial security.

This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Professional licensing is required to perform licensed activities.
