In this role, you will provide support in reporting and forecasting Community and State membership and growth. You will analyze and communicate key drivers and variances to leadership, respond to ad-hoc requests, and partner with many facets of this organization to solve complex and open-ended problems. Success in this role requires flexibility to reprioritize quickly, critical thinking ability to solve complex problems and improve existing processes as the organization evolves, and accountability for delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Support month end membership process from end to end
- Prepare analysis of monthly results against forecast & budget
- Facilitate in forecasting, long-term planning, and all financial calendar deliverables
- Clearly communicate analysis and variances to leadership
- Prepare ad-hoc requests as necessary across organization
- Demonstrate flexibility to seamlessly reprioritize and pivot on deliverables
- Develop innovative approaches to solving problems
- Demonstrate high degree of accountability
- Works with less structured, more complex issues

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related finance roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products
- Proven solid communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven analytical, problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to succeed in a virtual work environment
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Hyperion Essbase
- Basic or higher level of knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools
- Proven ability to institute new processes and build financial models

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
