As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you9ll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you9ll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. You9ll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise. b7 Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business development b7 Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals b7 Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth b7 Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up b7 Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience b7 Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations b7 Schwab Training and Development Start with Wealth Management University-a four-week, live virtual program designed to build your foundation for success.
