Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in an ERP (e.g., Dynamics AX), Concur, and Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlikview) is a plus.
• Preferred experience with internal controls / SOX-mapped processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial interpretation and business implications.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams and levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase requisitions and monitor daily terminations in accounts payable and vendor management.
• Maintain global software licensing for Development Engineering, including quotes and invoicing.
• Process weekly freight reports and accrue monthly shipping costs, addressing billing issues as they arise.
• Prepare intercompany billing, contractor billing, and reconciliations for quarterly sales commissions.
• Compile and prepare monthly P&L reports for Nashua and regional sites along with Development Engineering.
• Handle monthly cost allocations and cross-charges for Nashua and Engineering/IT intercompany transactions.
• Lead the semiannual cycle-count program for inventories and conduct COSO testing for compliance.
• Compile quarterly sustainability data for facilities and management reporting.
