  • Job Title: Financial Analyst
  • Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. This role analyzes financial and operational performance and partners with stakeholders across the organization to support business planning and informed decision-making.

What you'll do
  • Provides analytical support for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and other forward-looking business initiatives
  • Assists in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analysis of financial performance and key business trends.
  • Maintains, develops, and enhances reporting, dashboards, and financial tools to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Partners with cross-functional business teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.


What you'll bring
  • Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with analytical tools (advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
  • Experience with corporate planning tools (Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM strongly preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $85,000 - $95,000 per year. The full range is $85,000-$150,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

The Pokémon Company is a Japanese company responsible for brand management, production, publishing, marketing, and licensing of the Pokémon franchise, which consists of video game software, a trading card game, anime television series, films, manga, home entertainment products, merchandise, and other ventures. It was established through a joint investment by the three companies holding the copyright of Pokémon: Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures. It began operating in 1998 and adopted the moniker Pokémon Ltd. in October 2000. The company is headquartered in the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Roppongi, Minato, Tokyo. The company has separate subsidiaries that handle operations in different parts of the world, with the Pokémon Company International supporting the territories outside Asia and being responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website on the territories outside Asia. The Pokémon Company also handles publishing of all Pokémon video games since 2001 alongside Nintendo.
