What You Will Be Doing:

Sonalysts, Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking a team-oriented self-starter for a full-time financial analyst/technical administration position requiring strong organizational skills and a high proficiency in financial forecasting, tracking, and reporting in addition to editing written communications.

This position will support a program management team for a range of military acquisition programs. Depending on program requirements, responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Financial/Technical Status Report management and editing
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Quality assurance reviews for technical reports and other documentation
• Processing and tracking financial, technical, and programmatic metrics for the program
• Coordination of procurement activity with corporate purchasing office
• Developing and monitoring financial standard operating procedures and templates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with strong emphasis on written communications; or four (4) years of experience without a Bachelors Degree and a High School diploma
• High proficiency with the MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), with an emphasis on Excel usage to track Financial Progress
• Professional experience performing program/project management support planning and financial tracking, configuration data management, Work Breakdown Structuring (WBS), and general database management
• Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible to receive an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*
