Job Description:Position Summary: - Conduct complex financial analysis to support equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations to management, senior leadership, and equity holders.
- Maintain accurate equity records, support equity administration, and prepare or review financial statements and schedules.
- Manage multiple projects, communicate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders, and handle day-to-day equity-related requests.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of contracts, legal and financial concepts to support business and equity-related initiatives
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, to develop presentations and manage professional communications.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
