Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This position reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. The position is hybrid with some on-site days in our Canton, MA office. How You Will Achieve It: - Coordinate all aspects of annual planning and forecast processes within assigned functional area (e.g. MFG, R&D, SG&A), including consolidation and review of financials, establishing timelines, preparing presentations for management and oversight of submissions and commentary to Corporate Finance. - Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and return on investment modeling to support strategic decision making with our business partners. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into their impact on the company's financial performance. - Identify opportunities for improvement and growth by partnering closely with business leaders. - Serve as central source of key trends, risks and opportunities. - Lead and/or support various finance-related integration projects and process improvement initiatives. - Work closely with finance leadership to drive prioritization and implementation of new planning models and changes to management reporting. Requirements What You Need to Achieve It: - Bachelor's Degree required, major in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred. MBA Accounting/Finance a plus, but not required. - 3 years of relevant financial experience-ideally in an operations-oriented environment. - Experience in the life science/pharmaceutical industry or medical technology industries. - Strong inquisitive thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong technology skills including MS Office Products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. - Working knowledge of data warehouse systems preferred (e.g., PowerBI, AX, D365, Adaptive) - Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines - Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the changing priorities and tasks. - Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with partners across functions. Organogenesis is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan with competitive company match, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state and federal law. Our time-off policy includes paid vacation days, paid company holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
