Position Description: The analyst will conduct audits, ensure key support documents are provided, and mentor MARFORRES personnel on fiscal responsibilities. The aim is to ensure Marine Forces Reserves (MARFORRES) units are fully prepared and operationally capable, with an emphasis on managing financial readiness. Through comprehensive support across logistics planning, financial compliance, procurement, and systems management, the Logistics and Financial Operations Specialist enables MARFORRES and HQMC to achieve mission-critical objectives and maintain financial integrity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and improve essential support functions for the Marine Corps, contributing to the organization's strategic effectiveness on a global scale.

This position is located in our New Orleans, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Monitor data within DAI Financials to identify and report discrepancies in the treatment of data values within the tables, most especially to include titles or names of values that are missing;
. Provide Training to support the sustainment of DAI end to end integration and all resources and activities required to ensure operational functionality. The Contractor shall support guidance from the DAI PMO governance;
. Provide MCICOM specific, role and scenario based DAI user training and materials, including all functional end to end user work streams, to ensure MCICOM optimized operational functionality with DAI. The Contractor shall support training to all MCICOM users;
. Assist in establishing standardized processes for all MCICOM information designated for dissemination either externally or internally, including design and publication of booklets and/or other communication materials for public and internal audiences, and shall host the Communication Working Group;
. Build reports and templates as needed by MCICOM end users in DAI using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and the reports and templates will be published on and available for all users via the DAI OBIEE dashboard responsibility;
. Provide support for accounts receivable (cash) order management within Core Financials that operate in concert to capture the end to end Order to Cash (O2C) process including issue resolution for medium and high complexity items, and delivery of related training as needed;
. Provide support for the Revenue generation Program functionality newly developed in the DAI system for processing customer Accounts Receivable including monitoring collections and Funds distribution;
. Provide support for the Defense Civilian Payroll System Interface (DCPS IN) to DAI including reconciliation of payroll expenditure discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
. Provide support to MCICOM business lines within Core Financials to include travel, miscellaneous obligations

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 $123,800.00.
