Financial Analyst II, SQL The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $88,221.00 - $132,331.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Performs financial, treasury, and data analytics to support liquidity management, share/deposit reporting, cash forecasting, funding cost analysis, investment reporting, and balance sheet decision-making. Develops reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to Treasury leadership and business stakeholders. 37 Writes and maintains SQL queries, views, and data processes to support reporting and analytical needs. 37 Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making 37 Processes and analyzes large data sets for the purposes of gaining important business insights and identifying trends 37 Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support management decision-making 37 Prepares accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actuals reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed 37 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases 37 Supports month-end and year-end close process and performs reconciliations as needed 37 Maintains and updates standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions. 37 Facilitates project deliverables and testing Additional Job Functions 37 Performs other duties as assigned 37 Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Qualifications 37 High School Diploma or GED required 37 Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required 37 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 37 Strong SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, joins, aggregations, stored procedures, and performance optimization. 37 Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dundas, or similar platforms. 37 Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills 37 Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills 37 Solid understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and core financial statements 37 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 37 Familiarity with Python for streamlining routine reporting, and analytical processes.
