Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Lead financial modeling and business case development for store remodels, capital projects, and strategic investments.
  • Support the annual capital budgeting process by evaluating projects, prioritizing investments, and monitoring capital spending.
  • Develop financial models that support business growth, investment decisions, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze store openings, closures, relocations, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct post-investment reviews to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Accounting, and Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned business functions.
  • Monitor operating expenses, analyze financial results, and explain budget variances.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate financial performance and business trends.
  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related field.
  • Experience developing financial models and business case analyses.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
  • Experience using financial systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail, grocery, construction, real estate, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
  • Knowledge of capital budgeting, investment analysis, and financial planning concepts preferred.
  • CPA or CMA designation is a plus

Pay Range

USD $63,000.00 - USD $99,000.00 /Yr.
