What You'll Do- Lead financial modeling and business case development for store remodels, capital projects, and strategic investments.
- Support the annual capital budgeting process by evaluating projects, prioritizing investments, and monitoring capital spending.
- Develop financial models that support business growth, investment decisions, and long-term planning.
- Analyze store openings, closures, relocations, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Conduct post-investment reviews to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Accounting, and Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned business functions.
- Monitor operating expenses, analyze financial results, and explain budget variances.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate financial performance and business trends.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related field.
- Experience developing financial models and business case analyses.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
- Experience using financial systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting retail, grocery, construction, real estate, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
- Knowledge of capital budgeting, investment analysis, and financial planning concepts preferred.
- CPA or CMA designation is a plus
