  • Oversee petty cash and purchasing card activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, government reporting, and audit processes.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide financial analysis and support junior analysts/interns.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights supporting plant performance and decision-making.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, run SAP reports, and support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts including intercompany transactions, tooling P&L tracking, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee petty cash and purchasing card activity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, government reporting, and audit processes (including physical inventory and year-end audits).
  • Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards (SAP, BI, PowerBI) for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally and across sites to provide financial analysis, while supporting continuous improvement and training of junior analysts/interns.

Starting at $105,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
