We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance professional to join our team. This role is designed for a problem-solver who can navigate complex business operations, manage sophisticated financial modeling, and translate data into actionable insights. You will bridge the gap between finance, operations, and IT systems to drive consistent results and creative solutions for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Problem Solving: Identify analytical challenges within business operations and create innovative solutions using spreadsheets, databases, and statistical tools.
- Strategic Analysis: Provide comprehensive analysis of business performance, integrating financial data with IT system insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Communication: Distill technical financial data into clear, high-impact presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- System Integration: Leverage deep knowledge of IT and financial systems to ensure data integrity and streamlined reporting processes.
QualificationsEducation- Required: BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; or an MBA.
- Preferred: CPA and/or MBA are strongly preferred.
Experience- Minimum 6 years of related business, accounting, or finance experience.
- Proven track record of using diverse modeling techniques to achieve consistent, reliable results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions for analytical problems using databases, statistical packages, and graphics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, finance, and IT systems.
Technical & Professional Skills- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, macros, modeling) and PowerPoint (data visualization).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating and extracting value from various financial and IT databases.
