This person will be responsible for developing and mentoring financial advisors, recruiting new talent into the Birmingham market, driving production, and helping establish TruOak as a trusted financial services firm in the region. You will have the support, resources, leadership, and infrastructure of a growing organization while having the opportunity to
put your own stamp on a new office.Compensation and Benefits- Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience

Responsibilities• Lead and grow the Birmingham office for TruOak Financial Partners
• Mentor, coach, and develop financial advisors
• Recruit licensed and aspiring advisors into the firm
• Continue producing and serving clients as a licensed financial advisor
• Help drive market growth, advisor development, and firm goals
• Build a strong office culture rooted in accountability, support, and purpose
• Partner with firm leadership on strategy, training, and expansion initiatives
Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or advisor leadership
• Active Life and Health license is required
• SIE and Series 7 required
• Series 66, 65, or 63 preferred
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, recruit, and produce
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Someone who wants more than a title and is ready to build something meaningful
