We are seeking an experienced Family Advisor to join our advisory team and work closely with ultra-high net worth business owners and multigenerational families. This role is designed for a sophisticated advisor who can operate as a trusted partner to clients, supporting them before, during, and after liquidity events - while collaborating with internal specialists and external professionals to deliver a seamless client experience.
The Family Advisor will play a key role in relationship management, business development, financial planning, and investment implementation, contributing to the firm's growth and reputation for excellence and legendary service.

Compensation: $88,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus annual bonus. Final offer is based on individual experience, qualifications, and designations.
Schedule: Core business hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. We are flexible and open to hybrid arrangements after an initial onboarding period (typically 6 months) or with management approval.

Responsibilities: - This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Serves as project manager for assigned clients, driving implementation of recommendations across the four pillars of advanced planning: wealth enhancement, wealth transfer, wealth protection, and charitable giving.
- Delivers integrated planning across key service areas including cash flow planning, education planning, asset management, lending solutions, life insurance, health insurance, and family meetings.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned client families, their family members, and their trusted external advisors.
- Builds and maintains strong, trusted relationships with assigned client families over the long term.
- Leads the internal preparation of all prospect proposals and client review presentations.
- Participates in all client review meetings, presenting and discussing advanced planning topics with clarity and confidence.
- Captures detailed notes and action items following meetings and calls, delegating tasks to the service team as needed.
- Prepares proprietary, individualized client reports and assists with cash flow modeling.
- Collaborates closely with the Senior Family Advisor and the full service team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- Complies with all industry rules, regulations, and firm policies.
Requirements- Brings 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing financial advisory role at a broker dealer or RIA, with strong financial planning literacy.
- Holds Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licensure.
- Applies working knowledge of advanced planning tools and techniques including donor advised funds, foundations, 529 accounts, purpose and non-purpose lending, life insurance, and property, casualty, and health insurance.
- Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental estate planning and asset management tools and techniques.
- Communicates complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences, with excellent presentation skills.
- Manages time effectively with strong follow-through and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Collaborates seamlessly with clients' external advisors including estate planning counsel, tax professionals, and insurance professionals.
- Maintains acute attention to detail with a laser focus on client satisfaction.
- Exhibits exceptionally high emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and accountability.
- Approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, a can-do problem-solving attitude, and a collaborative, warm, and upbeat personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Holds a CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or other relevant professional designation.
- Brings experience advising privately held business owners and their families.
- Holds a Life and Disability Insurance license.
- Operates proficiently in Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, eMoney, and/or MindManager.
