Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

The average total compensation for this full-time role is $90,198 in the first three years, and our top Financial Advisors exceed $165,000 in total compensation during their first three years. Revenue is dependent upon performance and service to clients.
