The work:
  • Lead finance transformation engagements by helping clients modernize their finance functions, define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive the growth of our CFO & EV team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing top talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, bringing deep finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
  • Help clients unlock greater business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable better decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Design future-state finance capabilities that harness generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and transform end-to-end finance processes.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


Here's what you need:
  • Minimum 8 years of finance and/or management consulting experience with a specific focus on finance transformation.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, organization structures, and process redesign
  • Minimum 5 years working with Canadian organizations in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Health, or Public Sector.
  • Minimum 5 years leading large, multidisciplinary consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities and their application across finance transformation, operating models, and enterprise technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided is usually required
  • Must be willing to travel
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • You've got an MBA and/or CPA after your name or another type of advanced degree.
  • Bilingual (English/French)


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
