Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Serves as the primary owner and point of contact for one or more enterprise technology solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and Digital teams to support system operations, user access management, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Assists with initiatives as needed. The position requires strong technical aptitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • System Ownership & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary owner of assigned technology solutions, serving as the main point of contact and liaison between business stakeholders and Digital teams
    • Communicate system changes, enhancements, and impacts to diverse audiences across business units
    • Collaborate with process owners to ensure technical configurations align with business requirements
  • System Support and Operations
    • Manage daily system operations and provide first-level troubleshooting and user support
    • Identify, document, and clearly communicate validated production issues from users across multiple roles (e.g., business users, call center, vendors) for prioritization and resolution
    • Support minor system enhancements and ongoing optimization efforts
  • User Access & Security Management
    • Assign, maintain, and audit user access in accordance with security, compliance, and segregation of duties requirements
    • Support license management and ongoing access reviews
    • Ensure adherence to naming conventions and system standards
  • Data & Reporting
    • Manage data integrity and hierarchy structures within supported systems
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
    • Provision system access and ensure accurate role-based permissions
    • Communicate system changes, enhancements, and impacts to diverse audiences across business units
    • Act as the primary owner for assigned technology solutions, serving as the main point of contact and liaison between business stakeholders and digital teams

  • Training & Change Enablement
    • Train new and existing users on system functionality, enhancements, and best practices
    • Stay current on supported tools and system capabilities
    • Inform teams of upcoming cloud release offerings; analyze new features, make recommendations, and coordinate implementation and activation
  • Configuration & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain an advanced understanding of system configuration options
    • Evaluate release offerings and enhancements to improve system effectiveness and user experience

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology solutions, including system administration and user access management
  • Strong understanding of system configurations, data integrity, and reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business partners and Digital teams
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and segregation of duties principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and documentation standards
  • Foundational PC skills (MS Office, software and database skills)


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
