As a Finance Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Manager on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for:
- Support mission-focused finance and accounting activities in an onsite client environment
- Perform financial management, accounting, and reporting activities using established processes and tools
- Use QuickBooks to support accounting operations, financial tracking, and record maintenance
- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial data, reports, and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel (MS Excel)
- Apply commercial sector or commercial operations experience to support client financial priorities and execution

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph
- 5+ years of experience supporting finance or accounting functions for government clients
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) for financial analysis, reporting, or data management
- Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
