The Opportunity
As a Finance Solutions - Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Within our Finance practice, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimize their financial performance and improve decision-making.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, leveraging your skills to provide impactful financial advisory services. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs to develop strategies for optimizing capital structure and managing liquidity
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret financial data and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing cash flow forecasting and treasury management to enhance financial performance
- Developing financial solutions that align with corporate finance and treasury management objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with accounting and financial reporting guidelines
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality financial advisory services
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in cash flow forecasting and treasury management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret financial trends and data
- Excelling in capital budgeting and financial modeling techniques
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial environments

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
