• Own FINOPS execution across Area/Country with GSC partnership
• Define roles, governance, and execution standards
• Ensure global FINOPS compliance through training and controls
• Lead a high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement
• Identify process gaps and implement structured improvements
• Deliver functional training with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Collaborate with Sales on compliance matters like rate cards and contracts
• Drive performance tracking through dashboards
