  • Own FINOPS execution across Area/Country with GSC partnership, including KPIs and performance visibility
  • Define clear end-to-end roles, governance, and execution standards
  • Ensure adherence to global FINOPS processes through training and controls
  • Lead a high-performing team with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Identify process gaps and drive structured improvement initiatives
  • Deliver functional training in collaboration with SMEs
  • Partner with Sales on upstream compliance (rate cards, contract management)
  • Drive performance tracking through dashboards and insights
  • Foster innovation and operational excellence
