Finance Manager

A Great Opportunity / Full-Time

ViaQuest is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Finance Manager to report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is responsible for managing the organization's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis while serving as a trusted business partner to the CFO and operational leadership. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting strategic initiatives, improving financial processes, and delivering timely insights that help guide organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities may include:
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to the CFO, providing financial analysis and decision support.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive reporting packages.
  • Lead the annual budget process, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and key performance indicators to support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist the CFO with financial planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with operational leaders across the organization to support financial planning and performance.
  • Serve as a backup resource for the CFO on key financial matters as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating financial dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Candidates who do not have direct experience with these platforms should demonstrate a proven ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new financial systems and technologies.
  • Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, or finance transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, home health, or human services is preferred.

This position is based at ViaQuest's Dublin, Ohio office and is designed as a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work. Remote candidates will also be considered for this position based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
