Responsibilities- Assist customers with financing and leasing options for vehicle purchases
- Present finance, warranty, service contract, GAP, and vehicle protection products
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining lender compliance standards
- Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lending institutions
- Accurately desk deals and ensure all financing paperwork is completed correctly
- Review credit applications and make informed financing recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources
- Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and finalize contracts, disclosures, and required documentation
- Audit completed deals to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor contract funding and work proactively to resolve funding issues
- Train and support sales staff regarding finance processes and product offerings
- Deliver a professional and transparent customer experience throughout the purchase process

Preferred Qualifications- Previous Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Experience working with RouteOne, Dealertrack, and lender portals
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local compliance regulations
- Experience presenting vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and aftermarket products
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of achieving finance and product penetration goals
