Opportunity Overview:

We're seeking a proactive, analytically driven Finance Manager I to support the Applications business within our Semiconductor Test organization. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders - providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business.

You will combine strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with a passion for business partnership, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence. You'll also help advance process automation and digital analytics capabilities, building scalable tools and models that enhance agility and performance across the Applications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering
  • Serve as a primary finance contact for Applications business leadership
  • Partner with Application managers to evaluate projects against sales opportunities
  • Translate operational strategies into financial impacts and advise leaders on key business decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assess resource allocation and capital expenditure requests, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Manage a team of finance professionals across multiple regions supporting the applications organization
  • Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the Applications business, partnering with leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models
  • Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis

Process Optimization & Automation
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and reporting processes, and lead initiatives to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or ERP enhancements
  • Standardize and document best practices for recurring processes

Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, delivering meaningful variance analysis with actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across the Applications business, developing dashboards and scorecards for leadership
  • Prepare quarterly business review materials and other reporting packages

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $105,900 - $169,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan:

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
