Join us and be part of an exciting journey!As a Finance Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading by example and inspiring greatness among your colleagues. Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets as well you would beresponsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership.
Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in IDS Software preferred
- Prior sales experience is preferred
- Must be able to work some holidays and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass a background check.
