  • Evaluate business cases and capital investments using ROI, NPV, and scenario analysis.
  • Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build scalable financial reporting, KPIs, and planning processes that support continued growth.

Summary

As Finance Manager - Operations, you will serve as the primary financial partner to our Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities organizations. This is not a traditional finance role focused on reporting historical results. You will influence decisions related to manufacturing performance, productivity, inventory, capacity, capital investment, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed company.


Location: Longmont, CO

Base Compensation: $116,000 - $164,000 is the projected annual base salary range for this role and will be determined on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Closing Date: October 1st. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
