Job Description:TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC corporate office for a
Finance Manager within the Commercial Finance department reporting to the Sr. Director of Commercial Finance.

Primary Responsibilities- Partner with key business leaders within Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to deliver on business objectives.
- Provide Support for Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Budget Process
- Maintain financial databases, providing accurate profitability analysis for a business unit
- Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership
- Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands
- Play a key role in the preparation of the Quarterly Financial Operations Review
- Participate in strategic financial projects including SAP upgrades and other various financial software implementations
- Responsible for business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements
RequirementsKnowledge:- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access
- Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting, and financial analysis
- Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently
- Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner
- Results driven individual with a track record to support
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 5+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation
- Experience leading/managing projects highly desired
- Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred
