THE ROLEAs the Finance Manager for the Everpure Hyperscale Line of Business, you will drive the fiscal strategy for our fastest-growing division during a critical scale-up phase. Acting as the strategic bridge between the Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance, you will transform complex cost structures and operational data into clear roadmaps for global market growth. Your mission is to establish the governance and modeling rigor necessary to scale our most ambitious commercial initiatives. This is a high-visibility opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and shape the growth trajectory of the Everpure Platform's most dynamic business segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Full P&L & Revenue Governance: Own end-to-end P&L consolidation, forecasting, and reporting across all Hyperscale revenue streams, delivering unit economics and actionable variance bridges directly to the General Manager during monthly operating reviews.
- Capital & Infrastructure Optimization: Direct multi-year capex planning alongside Engineering leadership-managing lab and test infrastructure investments, capital phasing, and BOM-vs-target glidepaths to protect margins and accelerate deployment.
- Strategic Investment & Sizing: Size program-level R&D and commercial investments by building business cases that evaluate ROI and determine where to deploy strategic capital across engineering, go-to-market, and infrastructure initiatives.
- OPEX & Resource Allocation: Oversee OPEX, headcount management, and purchase-order governance to drive budget accountability while leading the annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range financial build.
- Executive Decision Support & Financial Innovation: Serve as trusted advisor to GM leadership on pricing strategies, contract economics, and make-vs-buy tradeoffs while incorporating modern AI tools and automated workflows to scale finance operations.
WHAT YOU BRING- P&L Leadership & Industry Expertise: Proven capability leading full Business Unit P&L management, budget governance, and multi-year capital plans within hardware, semiconductor, or storage environments, preferred.
- Financial Modeling & Insight: Expertise in financial modeling with a demonstrated ability to translate complex cost structures into clear, decision-focused recommendations for senior executive teams.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Strong interpersonal leadership skills with a track record of driving alignment and accountability across cross-functional partners in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance.
- Modern Tools & AI Integration: Active fluency in utilizing modern finance platforms and AI capabilities as a force multiplier for modeling, analysis, and process automation.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$138,000-$207,000 USD
