Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery U.S. is recruiting for a Finance Manager GTN and Pricing. The role reports to the Senior FinanceManagerfor the JJMT Surgery U.S. CommercialGTN & Connected Insights.Thepreferredlocationsfor this roleareCincinnati, Ohioand Raritan, NJ.

The Finance Manageris responsible formaintenance,reporting, compliance,analyticsand connected insights for theJJMT Surgery -US Commercial gross-to-net reservesandPrice/Volume/Mix metricsprocess. This includes developing end-to-end financial strategy, forecasting, analysis, business decision support for the total U.S. business with ~$3.7Billionin annual revenue. He/she is a key strategic and financial partner tomultiple cross functionalCommercialteams, includingChannelManagement, HCS,Contract Strategy,GAAandEnterpriseContractManagement. This roleis responsible fordirect oversight and development of two (2) direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial gross-to-net and price consolidation & analysis, including framing and insights for strategic business reviews
  • Lead and frame gross-to-net and price forecasts for planning cycles (Business Plan, June update, Novemberupdate,LRFP,MTP)
  • Lead critical monthly and quarterly revenue entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead accuracy, completeness, and compliance ofJJMT Surgeryautomated revenue accrual rates.
  • Coordinate and frame monthlypvmand price submissions
  • Active leadership for Commercial FinanceSigniFiimplementation(Anaplan,TransCend/TransAct)
  • Coordinate and frame quarterly and annual internal/external compliance/GAA rebate and revenue controls
  • Framing& influencing of business insights to shape business decisions and delivery of financial targets
  • Enhance systems,analyticsand reporting tools
  • Oversight and development of direct reports and dotted-line team members
  • Partner with various IT teams to support interface data validation

Qualifications:

  • Abachelordegree isrequired.Amajor infinance or accounting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting isrequired.
  • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, J&J WWPs, and J&J Finance standard methodologies is preferred.
  • Candidate mustpossessexcellent analytical, conceptual,communicationand interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-cultural team environment.
  • Candidate mustdemonstrateahands-on, proactive approach witha strong senseof ownership and accountability for moving work forward.
  • Candidatemustapplycritical thinking and soundjudgmentto assess issues,identifyopportunities, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • The ability to work independently, handle multiple taskssimultaneouslyand effectively take on leadership roles in various areas isrequired.
  • Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influence management skills are preferred.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP and planning tools); Power BI,Alteryxor similar analytics tools preferred.
  • Prior managerial / supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 30 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
