Role OverviewEuclid Innovations is seeking a versatile
Finance & Operations Manager to independently lead our internal accounting and payroll functions. This is a critical "hands-on" leadership role that covers everything from daily bookkeeping to high-level statutory compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our financial operations-including
GST/TDS filings,
payroll processing, and
vendor invoicing-run like clockwork. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the IT services/staffing landscape and is an expert in navigating Indian statutory requirements (
PF, PT, ESIC).
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage overall company accounts, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Taxation & Filings: Independently handle monthly and annual GST filings and quarterly TDS filings with 100% accuracy.
- Payroll Management: Own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely salary disbursements and accurate tax computations for all employees.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage all aspects of PF, PT, and ESIC; stay updated on labor laws to ensure the company remains fully compliant.
- Vendor & Client Invoicing: Oversee the invoicing lifecycle, managing payables and receivables while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Audit Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, preparing all necessary documentation for smooth annual audits.
- Platform Management: Utilize payroll and accounting tools (e.g., greytHR, Keka, Zoho Books) to automate and optimize financial workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience: 10+ years in a Finance/Accounts Manager role, preferably within the IT Services or Staffing industry.
- Core Expertise: Demonstrated experience in handling complete company accounts independently.
- Compliance Authority: In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) regulations.
- Invoicing Logic: Proven ability to manage complex invoicing cycles (staffing/consulting models).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern payroll tools (e.g., greytHR, Keka, Razorpay Payroll) and accounting software like Zoho Books or Tally.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision
