JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an important member of our Finance team you will:
• Provide support post acquisition to the business during financial integration
• Conduct financial analysis of product lines and maintain profitability analysis of each product
• Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and note disclosures
• Develop commentary and presentations on financial analysis and reports for senior management
• Prepare/Review account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Work independently to oversee finance results and operations for a portfolio of businesses
• Interpret IFRS 15 accounting standard on new customer contracts to assess correct financial reporting treatment
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• CPA, CA designation
• Minimum of 4 years of audit experience at a Big 4 firm with a focus on public clients
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Strong fundamental accounting and audit knowledge with an excellent grasp of IFRS reporting standards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issues
• Possesses strong time management skill
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management
• Experience working collaborative in cross functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
