Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred; substantial related experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of three years in accounting/finance in a comparable position required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lawson, Stratton Warren, and gaming-related systems.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary certifications as required by gaming regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation communication skills.
• Strong initiative with a focus on continuous improvement; solution-oriented team player.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between financial shared services and property department heads to meet SLAs.
• Review the quality and accuracy of monthly financial statements; provide feedback and ensure resolutions.
• Manage the accounting clerk team and daily interactions with financial shared services.
• Oversee the count team and receiving/warehousing teams' operations.
• Prepare monthly accrual for non-PO services and manage receiving services in Stratton Warren.
• Handle all Finance items required under gaming regulations for audit requests.
• Act as point of contact for gaming regulatory audits and ensure compliance with financial disclosures.
