Qualifications

• Prefers candidates with automotive dealership management experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds dealership software experience preferred
• Familiarity with Darwin dealership software is a plus
• Experience in Vehicle Service Agreements and aftermarket product sales
• Knowledge of Volkswagen and Volkswagen credit is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
• Passion for training and developing sales team members
• Enthusiastic and high-energy personality required
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Tech-savvy individuals preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Banking experience enhances candidacy

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales
• Process all legal and non-legal paperwork for each sales transaction
• Train and support sales staff while assisting with deal closures
• Ensure follow-through on all Contracts in Transit for funding completion
• Coordinate with office manager to process Titles & Registrations promptly
• Motivate team members to meet goals and adhere to operational standards
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Owner to manage the Finance Department
• Analyze business metrics to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
