The Finance Manager & Administrator generates additional revenue for the dealership by offering finance products and other appropriate after-sale products to new and used vehicle customers. Automotive sales experience is preferred, along with a strong interest in learning dealership finance and administration.
Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $80,000 to $160,000 with the potential to increase based on store growth and volume.

Responsibilities - Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals & ensures collection of all finance fees
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale for correct title, loan information, taxes, etc.
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts, accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
