The Opportunity
Primary Job Function: Manager, FP&A Financial Integration
Responsible for supporting ANSC Finance Leadership in the management and roll out of strategic projects across US and OUS Entities with near term focus on Abbott Nutrition New Zealand (ANNZ).
What You’ll Work On
- Financial Processes: Support implementation of new financial processes /systems across locations. Act as FP&A SME to ensure business processes are incorporated in implementation, partner with other SME across multiple disciplines.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure key projects have alignment including Corporate Tax, Customs Trade and Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Accounting, and VAT as well as across ANSC finance and operations teams. Key liaison with ATO and corporate functions for integration support of Project Island (ANNZ) for LBEs / Actual reporting of Specified budget and integration support. Build relationship with CFS Australia and other CFS entities to develop finance model for on-going support for ANNZ.
- Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership for Financial Analysis for key finance programs.
- Compliance: Maintain financial records in accordance with Abbott Policies and Procedures, US GAAP, local accounting standards, and statutory legal and fiscal requirements.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Quantify financial implications of issues, proposals, and other ad hoc analysis for Senior Leadership.
- Process Improvements: Develop and implement new financial processes and structures for internal customers. Assess financial processes/systems and implement improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Provide financial counsel and analysis for proposed strategic growth initiatives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Responsible for accounting, financial planning, and analysis for Actuals, Plans, LBEs, and Deal Model of project activity and supporting strategic plans.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
- Direct/Indirect Reports: None
- Daily Interface: Directors, Controllers, and Division VPs.
Position Accountability/Scope:
- Financial Responsibility: Responsible for specific program budgets as agreed and co-ordination with budget owners of the same.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or similar qualification.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong team-building skills,
- proven decision-making abilities, and sound personal judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve required timelines
- High personal performance standards, broad business perspective, receptiveness to change, and a team player.
- Creative and innovative.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters, MBA, or Accountancy qualification preferred.
- Available to travel internationally as needed

The base pay for this position is
$113,300.00 – $226,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
