Job DescriptionWright Physical Therapy is looking for a Finance Director to lead the financial strategy behind our growing, multi-clinic practice. You'll partner with executive leadership to set the financial strategy that keeps us growing and profitable. That means holding revenue cycle performance to a high standard: accurate billing, timely collections, and reimbursement that isn't left on the table. You'll dig into the trends, collections, denials, payer performance, AR aging, and use what you find to protect our cash flow and margins. You'll build the reporting, forecasting, and dashboards that let leadership make confident calls, and you'll run the budgeting process that keeps every clinic aligned with our targets. You'll also lead the financial side of system transitions (EMR, billing, payment platforms) and keep strengthening our financial controls, compliance, and vendor relationships along the way.

Qualifications- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare or a multi-location service business
- Hands-on technical proficiency in GAAP and accrual accounting principles
- Real fluency in healthcare billing, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle standards
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams across finance, billing, and revenue cycle functions
- Strong track record managing budgets, evaluating ROI, and driving profitability
