Finance DirectorReliable Medical is seeking an accomplished
Finance Director to lead our financial operations and strengthen the systems that support a fast-paced, scaling organization. As Reliable grows from mid-market scale toward enterprise-level operations, this role will be central to building the financial infrastructure, controls, and forecasting discipline required for long-term success.
The Finance Director provides strategic oversight across all core financial functions -
accounting,
budgeting,
credit,
risk,
tax, and
treasury - and builds the processes, controls, and analytical tools that keep the organization financially sound and future-ready.

What You'll Lead- Financial strategy - Direct the organization's financial resources and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Core finance functions - Provide leadership across accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury.
- Budgeting + forecasting - Build budgets, monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and support debt strategy.
- Modeling + analytics - Develop tools that help the business understand scenarios, risks, and long-range impact.
- Process + control design - Create policies and operational standards that ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Functional leadership - Lead a finance sub-function and establish strategies, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Infrastructure building - Build the systems and processes that support a scaling, multi-state organization.
What You Bring- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in finance or a related function.
- Healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proven ability to design and implement financial policies, processes, and controls.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.
ReportingThis role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a strategic partner in organizational planning and financial decision-making.
Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 per hour
