Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting team and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely financial information to management.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's financial accounting policies and standard practices.
Participate in the enhancement of internal controls and ensure their ongoing monitoring.
Work closely with your team to perform account analyses and prepare required reports.
Support business processes by providing relevant, accurate, and high-quality financial information.
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring.
Help unify the accounting structure of acquired businesses.
Develop and maintain standardized financial accounting practices across the organization.
Ensure the efficient and timely completion of all month-end deliverables.
Recommend improvements to processes, technology tools, and work methods to enhance the efficiency, relevance, and accuracy of financial information.
Actively participate in the annual audit process.
