Full Job Description

As an Automotive Finance Director at Koons Woodbridge Hyundai, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The Finance Director is responsible for structuring finance deals for all producers and for keeping up with all federal, state, local laws and ensuring they are being followed. It is also the expected that the Director will manage deal flow to maximize profit, manage department revenue which includes charge-backs and adjustments including contracts in transit. • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process • Oversee, train and develop Finance staff • Coach, mentor, and lead finance staff to top of market PVR numbers • Work with finance team to improve bank relations and reduce C.I.T. errors • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network • Sell finance & insurance products to customers • Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders • Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner • Meet monthly objectives • Must be able to give a proper menu presentation • Must understand tag and title laws; DMV • Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit • Work with service advisors when they turn over customers for warranty information • Must have a minimum of three years Automotive Finance Experience Required • Must have a strong work ethic, great attitude and adhere to a strong code of personal ethics • Must have an excellent track record of proven performance • Must be self motivated and goal driven • Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills and strong attention to detail • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships • Must be proficient in computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP/CDK) • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug) Company Benefits: Pay and Recognition: • Weekly pay • $100,000 to $250,000 annually • Paid holidays & paid time off • Paid training • Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible) Insurance / Retirement: • Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans • Up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave) • Paid Parental Leave • Health savings • Flex spending accounts (tax-free) • Short-term and Long-term disability plans • Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) • 401k with company match • Pet Insurance Learning, Tuition Assistance and Career Development: • Digital career path tool to assist with career development • Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System Professional growth and development opportunities.
