Finance Applications Admin (Oracle EPM)

We are seeking a Finance Applications Admin (Oracle EPM) to join our team. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Oracle EPM and other Finance applications, providing administration, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of critical financial systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical application support skills with an understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Oracle EPM, Hyperion HFM, and other Finance applications
  • Manage user security, access controls, system configurations, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance
  • Support application enhancements, testing, deployments, and user validation activities
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Configure workflows, hierarchies, metadata, and financial data structures to support business processes
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, segregation-of-duties requirements, and audit standards
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, support procedures, and technical guides
  • Provide training and support to Finance users and IT team members
  • Lead small-to-medium system enhancements and cross-functional Finance technology initiatives
  • Support quarterly access reviews, audit requests, and compliance activities


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Finance or Accounting applications in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Hyperion HFM
  • Experience supporting Oracle EPM, including user security, workflows, metadata, and application administration
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, financial close, and reporting processes
  • Experience working within Agile, ITIL, or structured application support environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Smart View, EPM Automate, or financial reporting tools
  • Understanding of financial data structures and system integrations
  • Experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
