Join our Client Service, Experience and Development Business Management team, where dedicated Business Managers work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to evolve business capabilities and drive strategic growth. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll analyze service performance, prepare impactful business reviews, coordinate key events, and build a strong network with stakeholders-influencing decisions and helping propel the practice to new heights.

As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Associate supporting the US Private Bank (USPB) Client Service organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner-driving business strategy and growth while optimizing performance. You'll manage business risks and controls, ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and deliver executive reporting and analysis. Business Management centers on four focus areas: driving business strategy and growth, optimizing performance and planning, establishing and delivering business priorities, and managing business risks and controls.
Job Responsibilities
  • Advise the US Client Service Head and leadership team across strategy, controls, people, and performance
  • Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of strategic objectives and key results across the region, ensuring alignment with priorities
  • Promote optimization of operating models, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, Operations, Controls, Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Audit
  • Oversee business change management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives, including digital platform enhancements, location strategy, and productivity optimization
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring robust governance and operational resiliency
  • Present complex data and business narratives to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations on financial and operational trends
  • Deliver executive management reporting, including presentations, value-added analysis, communications, and business reviews for senior stakeholders
  • Represent the business in internal and external working groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization
  • Maintain business hygiene through compliance, training, access management, and resiliency planning
  • Support control initiatives impacting the business, partnering with Business Process and Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Control Managers
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other regions on global initiatives and best practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the wealth management or asset management industry, or in a consulting, project management, or business management capacity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, professional documents and communicate across seniority levels
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing and prioritizing multiple competing tasks under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop business insights and hypotheses
  • Comfort analyzing large data sets and driving conclusions for presentation to senior management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superior judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
